Please provide Full Street with pin codes and zip codes address because courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address. Kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted, otherwise the residential shipment will be left at door by courier agents.
Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the advantage of reduced shipping cost on each additional item.
Fair & Transparent Shipping Rate
The shipping rates are on the basis of weight. The weight of any product can be found on product detail page. To match the policies of the courier companies, total weights will be rounded up to next 500 grams. International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of the order: the larger you order, the lower will be the rate. However, free shipping policy is there for any part of India.
Shipping in India
We take great pride to offer FREE SHIPPING to any part of India to our customers. To ensure the quickest delivery on all orders to India, please mention the complete postal address with the correct PIN CODE otherwise we are not responsible for delay in the delivery of the order due to incomplete address listings. Also please note that shipments to any College, School or Hostel are placed at the customer's risk. If the authority refused to accept the package, we will not issue a refund to the customer or make attempt for re-shipment of the order. For a preferred delivery date, the sender must include the delivery date in the gift message box while placing the order. If the order does not contain any date, in that case it will be delivered at the first opportunity.
We are shipping all orders as fully insured at no extra cost to customer. If Courier agency fails to deliver the order, customer will not suffer any loss. We will not be liable for lost and stolen of the package or any damages to the package after being left at address provided by customer by Courier Company. Transit risk is all ours.
Shipment and tracking details
We will send an email to the customer regarding the shipment of the order, after the items are handed over to the Courier Agencies. These emails contain the tracking number and courier Agency details along with expected date of delivery. Tracking numbers can take 24 business hours to become active on the courier companies websites.
Address change requests
Once an order is placed, customer cannot make any changes. However, address alteration requests can be send within 24 hours of placing the order. Customer can write to us for alteration request at email@example.com.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please note: Some courier Agencies charge a fees for incorrect shipping addresses, or if the address and zip code do not match. The customer has to bear the cost of any such penalties or fees. Please make sure that shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the order, customers will be responsible to pay the fees of shipping, not Swarnimwear.com.
All products are first polythene packed. All orders are shipped will be delivered within approximately 4-6 working days after dispatch of the shipment.

For each item we have mentioned information around time to ship at detail pages along with the item image. These are approx values only and items can be shipped earlier or later depending on availability of item and other factors. It is suggestible to email or call us with the item codes information to get more accurate time to ship estimate.
Express ship section
Ready to Ship Section or Express section is a special section that allows customer to place an order ensuring the delivery of the item within the next 5-8 days.
The product will be at customers provided address within 5-8 working days of payment having been cleared. If order needs customization then another 8-10 days are needed.
What if any Delays
Time to delivery information mentioned on Swarnimwear.com against each product is approximate values only and sometimes due to factors beyond our control, delays may occur. No returns, refund, replacement & exchange will be done for this reason. If there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is not in stock or If there is an delay in filling an order, we will notify you by email. However, any dates for delivery are intuitive only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering the order or any part of the order. In few cases we may offer to refund the amount to customer for unfulfilled part of the order.
VAT & Custom Duties
Custom Taxes, VAT and Import Duties are under government control. They vary according to the policies of different nation and must be paid directly by the customers. Custom Taxes, VAT and Import Duties are not included in Swarnimwear.com ordering process. However it may be charged to customer by their government. Overseas and foreign customers are responsible for any taxes, customs or duty fees levied by their country. We cannot predict where they will occur, as policies can be different for each nation. These charges are entirely customer’s responsibility. The courier agency may also charge some additional fees over and above custom duty and taxes on case to case basis.
Shipping address is the address provided by the customer to us for delivery of the product.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
